You will be the escalation point for the Level 1 technician whilst helping to support your colleagues with troubleshooting technical faults with their software and hardware, and you'll be there to assist them in resolving their issues.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Be the hero your colleagues turn to for all their ICT needs.
- Empower your colleagues to take control of their productivity with a streamlined helpdesk.
- Juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease and professionalism.
- Work within established protocols and guidelines to resolve issues efficiently.
- Master systems administration to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely in Active Directory and Exchange.
- Diagnose and fix all kinds of computer issues, from software to hardware.
- Keep the network running smoothly with performance monitoring and resolution assistance.

**What you will bring **
- Solid grasp of fundamental hardware and networking concepts.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange/ 365/ Microsoft Office
- Outstanding technical troubleshooting skills.
- Enthusiastic and energetic
- Keen to learn and keen to share knowledge gained.
- Exceptional work ethic including attention to detail, time-management skills.
- Current drivers license.
- Available for travel within NSW and QLD and stay overnight as required
