**About the role**

The Curriculum Coordinator will inspire, lead, support, guide/mentor and assist staff, families and children who access the Childcare Centres, and will be responsible for the delivery of outcomes that comply with, and exceed, the National Quality Framework (NQF) and associated legislation.

The Curriculum Coordinator is responsible for leadership and delivery of the approved Early Years Learning Framework in site specific centres within the Childcare Network and Creche Services.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent qualification recognised by licensing authorities
- Demonstrate a high-level ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and related groups and other clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds in formal and informal settings
- Ability to motivate and supervise staff qualified and unqualified
- Experience in developing care and educational programs of children both as groups and individuals and for those with special needs
- Experience in coordinating and supervising the day-to-day functions of a group of children

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
