**YOUR ROLE**
We have an opportunity for a Technical Assessor Home to join our team. In this role you’ll deliver an industry leading claims experience to both our customers and partner relationships. You’ll support customers with settlement and repair of complex or large loss domestic property claims ensuring you manage the claim process within expected timeframes. This also includes mid repair monitoring and review of finalised repairs and/or customer escalations.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a high
- performance team and enjoys working with people. As part of the role, you’ll attend customers property to investigate, quantify and settle or authorise repair or settlement of claim.

This is a
**Adelaide, South Australia.**

**ABOUT YOU**
- You’ll have trade experience and knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Negotiation, verbal and written communication and influencing skills
- Sound computer and internet skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Drivers Licence
- Trade Certificate or Qualification within the Building or Construction Industry.
