We are looking for experienced Trainers and Assessor and Subject Matter Experts who are wanting to deliver trade based training programs to our learners

As a PEER Trainer and Assessor your role will include providing training, guidance, mentoring and coaching to our VET in School students.

Are you an Engineering Tradesperson looking for a change?

As a PEER Subject Matter Expert your role will include providing assistance to Trainers and Assessors in the knowledge and performance areas. All whilst studying towards a Certificate IV Training and Assessment.

Wages $$$

Qualified Trainer & Assessor Level 4 $ P/H

Qualified Trainer & Assessor Level 3 $ $56.36 P/H

Subject Matter Expert Level 2 $ $51.29 P/H

Skills and experience:

  • Qualified tradesperson - Engineering Fabrication or Engineering Mechanical
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children & National Police Checks.
  • Proven track record in inspiring, supporting, motivating people and fostering a positive, creative and rewarding culture.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable

  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Cert IV (TAE40116), or willing to study
