**Your day to day**
In this role, you’ll be able to combine your passion of hospitality, and bringing to life unforgettable guest experiences with the opportunity to work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager. No two days are ever the same but some of your responsibilities will include;
- Supporting & leading our Restaurants, Bars and Conference and Events operation
- Work closely with the event planning team to ensure the smooth and efficient service of event operations
- Coordinating the day to day operations of the events space to achieve set financial and guest experience targets.
- Developing and motivating colleagues and promote a positive team culture
- Empowering the team to deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life

**What we need from you**
- Previous experience in a leadership capacity within a Hotel environment, a Restaurant or Conference and Events
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), passion for delivering results and developing people and self
- Excellent project management and attention to detail skills
- NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
