**Casual Hourly Rates**:
**Monday - Friday**: $31.19
**Saturday**: $37.43
**Sunday**: $43.66

Set among the stunning vineyards and rolling hills of the Hunter Valley, **Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort** offers an unforgettable experience to every guest and we’re looking for **Casual Food and Beverage Attendants** to help deliver it.

From weddings and conferences to wine tastings and relaxed meals, you’ll be part of a vibrant team that brings energy, professionalism, and warmth to every service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in the restaurant, bar, room service, and events.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks promptly, and ensure accuracy at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all dining and service areas.
- Assist in event setups, pack downs, and general F&B operations.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and RSA guidelines.
- Handle guest enquiries with confidence and care.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A passion for delivering memorable experiences.
