**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement, test, and deploy custom software or internal tools.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps for both users and technical staff.
- Assist in testing new software releases and system updates, ensuring compatibility and stability with existing infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts, escalating issues as needed to maintain operational continuity.
- Gather user feedback and provide insights to vendors for continuous software and support improvement.
- Support network connectivity and basic infrastructure tasks, such as patching network cables or configuring printers.

**Essential Skills**:

- Proficient Troubleshooter - Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- OS & Tool Expertise - Hands-on experience with Windows/macOS environments and remote support tools like SCCM, RDP, and TeamViewer.
- Networking Knowledge - Strong understanding of IP configurations, DNS, DHCP, and basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Effective Communicator - Able to interact professionally with users, explain technical issues clearly, and provide excellent customer support.
- Process-Oriented - Experienced in using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and maintaining accurate documentation for IT operations.
- Security-Conscious - Adheres to IT policies, ensures data protection, and manages user access with awareness of compliance standards.

Pay: $76,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
