**CAFE CO-MANAGER - Coco Cubano Pacific Fair**

**Location**: Pacific Fair Shopping Centre / Broadbeach
**Salary**: Attractive Salary + Super + Monthly KPI Bonus
**Type**: Full-Time (or Part-Time, min 30 hrs/week)
**Shifts**: Daytime only - No nights or split shifts
**Perks**: Regular hours, consecutive days off, 2 weekends off/month, onsite parking provided

Coco Cubano Pacific Fair is on the hunt for a motivated & hands-on **Cafe Co-Manager** to share the load & help lead our vibrant, fast-paced café. We’ve been part of the Pacific Fair community for 10 years, known for our all-day breakfast, lunch, coffee & crafted cold drinks, and coastal-inspired vibe.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead, inspire & develop our high-performing team
- Co-lead daily operations, including rostering, stock, compliance, and recruitment
- Maintain high quality food, coffee, and service standards
- Contribute to process improvements & menu innovation
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and cost control
- Act as a local leader, reporting to an interstate head office

- Maturity and initiative to manage the venue independently of interstate owners
