**The Position**

As Venue Manager you will oversee all operations of this Head Office owned site. You will train and develop your team to provide an exceptional guest experience. You will control labour costs and COGs in line with company standards. You will play an important role in maintaining the mature and well established team. With Head Office located interstate, you will be reporting back on performance, making suggestions for improvement and feedback on menu and operations.

The venue is licensed and is not table service.

This position is eligible for KPI monthly bonuses.

You will be an experienced manager who is up for a new challenge. You will have led teams in a fast service environment that is still heavily customer service focused. You will be able to communicate how you train your staff and the type of leader you are. While managing & overseeing the smooth running of your venue is paramount, your daily practice will see you on the floor and behind the bar alongside your staff and this is where you thrive.
