**A typical day will involve**:

- Telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Utilise social media to contact active and passive talent pools
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic recruitment advice while delivering a premium service focused on outcomes
- Using highly developed people senses to assess job, team and culture fit
- Using finely tuned investigation skills to conduct meaningful reference checks
- Working closely with the management team to ensure business needs are met

The role requires high energy, positivity and the ability to communicate with honesty and integrity.

**Here's what we're looking for**:

- 2 years agency or internal recruitment experience (ideally volume recruitment)
- Exceptional people skills combined with a critical thinking style
- The ability to work under pressure and deliver awesome service and high quality results
- A curious nature - you won't be afraid of digging a little deeper to verify information
- A dynamic approach to managing your portfolio of work and clients
