As a **Customer Service Representative** within the Bethanie Services Team, you will be the first point of contact for the organisation. You will have the responsibility to provide a supportive and professional service environment for our customers, as well as understanding customer needs and promoting and identifying new service opportunities for our current and future Residential, Community and Village customers.

This position will also undertake a variety of administrative duties. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have the desire to contribute and make a difference to our customer’s lives.

This position is on a **permanent part
- time basis, 25 hours a week** and is based within the Bethanie head office located on Pier Street in Perth. The Bethanie Customer Service Operations Centre operates 24/7 however this position will be Mon - Fri, 5 days a week between 8am - 1pm or 9am - 2pm.

**About the role**:

- Handle all inbound customer service enquiries
- Provide assistance, support and liaise with internal staff and departments
- Process new client referrals for Bethanie's services and program
- Promote Bethanie's services and product
- Proficiency in completing associated functions and administrative tasks

**About you**:
You’re proud of delivering fantastic customer service and have previous experience within a high-volume Call Centre / Customer Service environment. You will also bring:

- Strong communication, data entry and attention to detail skills
- Proficient with MS Office products, and/or Client Management systems
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in multiple computer systems with ease
- Proactive approach to building rapport and providing empathy and understanding to your customers
- Team player attitude as well as the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent phone manner, customer service, time management and problem-solving skills
- Willing to obtain required vaccinations
