**About the Role**

As the Domestic Services Lead, you will be responsible for the development of competitive domestic services solutions which contribute to the delivery of Serco’s growth targets. Reporting to the Bid Director within the Facilities Management Business Unit (FMBU), you will be required to lead and manage the delivery of sound operational and commercial solutions within complex and strategic bids.
- Key Responsibilities Include:_
- Developing operational and commercial solutions for growth opportunities within the FM industry including cleaning, waste, and laundry services.
- Assisting the Business Unit Business Development Director in analysing and developing new opportunities and propositions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs and enhance performance outcomes in our operating contracts.
- Identifying and establishing strong relationships with external stakeholders such as consultants and sub-contractors that will contribute to a strong supplier network.
- Establish and sustain a high standard of commitment to workplace health and safety.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent commercial acumen gained from a similar role within the cleaning industry. You will also have superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at different levels across the business. A demonstrated track record of successful involvement in bidding and winning profitable and sustainable businesses in the public sector will be highly valuable.
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a Federal police check as an essential selection component for this role._
