We are looking for an experienced, trustworthy individual to provide domestic cleaning services to three individual family homes located in two different suburbs owned by one family.

This is a full-time (38 hours) position offering employee benefits as per the Cleaning Services Award.

- Do you have an eye for detail, able to identify hidden areas where cleaning is required;
- Are you proactive in putting forward suggestions or recommendations on what may need to be done?
- Can you prepare and manage your own detailed cleaning schedule for each home, as required?

**Duties**:

- General/detailed house cleaning of all areas, kitchen (including appliances), bathrooms, lounge, study, family room, dining, bedrooms
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Dusting
- Laundry
- Ironing and putting clothes away
- Changing linen
- Other, as requested

Note:

- Cleaning products and equipment will be provided for each home
- Travelling expenses will be incorporated into the hourly rate

Essential Requirements:

- Must have a current driver’s license and reliable vehicle;
- Mobile phone;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Minimum three referees

**Salary**: $20.89 - $30.00 per hour

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
