**Your New Role**

A relationship-focused role in SaaS/tourism tech for within enterprise partnerships. Responsibilities include developing strategy, nurturing relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring alignment. Data-driven approach to improve performance and support adoption. Expand market presence with exceptional partner service.
- ** Drive Growth**: Develop and execute partnership & sales strategies, identify new opportunities in the tourism sector, and meet KPIs.
- ** Relationship Management**: Own key client/partner relationships, build trust, maximize value & support product adoption.
- ** Market Presence**: Represent the brand at events, build industry relationships, and contribute to marketing initiatives.
- ** Data-Driven Insights**: Provide accurate reporting on sales & partnerships, analyze trends, and maintain CRM accuracy.
- ** Leadership & Improvement**: Lead the Account Specialist, foster a high-performance culture, and drive continuous process improvements.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- ** Experience**: Proven track record in sales/partnerships (tourism/SaaS preferred).
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the Australian tourism landscape.
- ** Relationship Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable with digital platforms, CRM, and data analysis.
- ** Results-Oriented**: Passion for customer experience, commercial results, and continuous improvement.

We’re after someone with strong relationship skills who’s comfortable engaging with enterprise‑level organisations.
