As a optical assistant you will be provided with all the training you need to succeed with a fun and supportive team to assist you in your journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in frame selection and lens options to meet their specific needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest eyewear trends and help customers find fashionable and comfortable eyeglasses or sunglasses.
- Work together with our in-store Optometrists in preparing customers for eye tests, conducting preliminary screenings, and ensuring a smooth examination process.
- Be well-informed about our products, features, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Keep the store visually appealing and tidy, creating an inviting shopping atmosphere.
- roactively identify opportunities for upselling products and add-ons to enhance customers' eyewear choices.

**You**
- ** Optical experience not essential, but desired.**:

- Experience in a **fast-paced retail **working environment
- ** Strong communication** and **people skills**:

- you’re approachable and empathetic
- Highly motivated, positive, and friendly
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service in every interaction
- Preferably with flexible availability, **ability to work late night and weekends a definite plus**
