**Your Future Impact as a Technical Delivery Lead**

**Delivery**
You will lead the delivery of tech solutions and projects across their website, mobile app, databases, and a BUNCH or other new + exciting greenfield projects, in collaboration with their internal tech team and external agency partners. Creative problem solving & translating complex business processes and requirements into technical briefs is the name of the game.

**Tech**
Whilst this isn’t a hands-on coding or system design role, ideally you’ll have a background in Computer Science, and be no stranger to defining and estimating complexity and scope, mapping out complex databases, and working with CRM tools like Salesforce. Think: custom workflows, integrations + more.

**People**
You will lead and coach a team of 2x Salesforce Engineers, as well as collaborating with just about every internal team at The Commons. You’re an empathetic over-communicator, and love working with nontechnical folks and tech-y folks alike, happily explaining all.of.the.things. And getting everyone excited and onboard with the journey.

**A little bit about you**
First & foremost you are innately curious and obsessed with creative problem solving. Streamlining processes, creating efficiencies, and getting sh*t done is your jam.

You’re comfortable using your technical chops, care deeply about software engineering best practices + have a computer science degree that informs your craft.
