We are looking for a
**Data Privacy Technical Delivery Lead** who has been there, done that and bought the T-shirt in the data privacy and compliance space.

- born success story offers a world class service, working with many Australian household names. The role will be to lead the build, implementation and adoption of a data privacy and compliance technical solution.

As the Data Privacy Technical Delivery Lead, your responsibilities will be:

- Lead the build of privacy and compliance technical solution to design (i.e. data classification, tagging, masking, role based access control)
- Define processes for how the technical controls for Privacy & Compliance will be maintained ongoing along with the RACI
- Define process to review inbound and outbound data sharing with data partners, including the RACI / framework to govern how different partner data is used
- Define requirements and process to audit for compliance
- Identify and design training for existing team/new starters

To be successful in this role you will possess
**most** of the following skills:

- A decent understanding of data engineering - this role will need to be able to understand the detail of how different types of data flow across different parts of the data environments
- Ability to digest lot of information quickly and comfortable asking questions
- Someone who understands the importance of having a sound process to achieve desired outcomes and can do some change management
- Someone who is good at listening and negotiating, we need to get consensus on the ‘how to’ and RACI which will be thoroughly debated so we need someone senior to be able to conduct these discussions.
