**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and proactive Executive Assistant to play an integral role in the continued success of our Dulux Trade team. Based in our Clayton head office in Melbourne,** **you will be providing executive assistance to the General Manager of Dulux Trade and the wider Trade leadership team.

We are open to people from a variety of backgrounds, all we ask is that you are driven to learn, have excellent MS Office skills and bring a proactive positive attitude to work every day. This could also be a great role for a PA looking to step up in responsibility.

**Skills & Experience**:
You are someone that enjoys a positive environment and working with a wide range of people.

Your excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, collaborative working style, and ability to build professional relationships will help you succeed in this role. You will enjoy being part of our passionate team and love sharing some fun and laughter along with managing a busy portfolio.

Other key skills and experience will include:

- Ability to work with integrity and always maintain absolute confidentiality
- Strong communications skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in successfully managing conflicting priorities
- Ability to influence others to deliver information on time
- Proven experience with MS Office packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
