**About the Role**
We are seeking a professional and experienced **Front Office Manager** to lead our reception team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel front desk. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Lead and motivate the front desk team to ensure high levels of service and professionalism
- Train, schedule, and supervise front office staff; conduct performance evaluations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to coordinate guest services
- Monitor front desk procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
- Prepare reports and assist in budgeting and cost control for the front office department

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hotel front office or hospitality management roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
- Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g. Opera, RMS, or similar)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
