Marketing Campaigns Executive

As Guardians Marketing Campaign Manager, you will work closely with the broader marketing team to deliver best practice marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, customer experience and website. These will drive the acquisition of new families to the network and assist in the loyalty of existing families through a great customer relationship strategy.
The role will be Sydney-based (Milsons Point) and report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing and work closely with the Head of Product Marketing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Work with the Head of Performance Marketing & Head of Product Marketing across the end-to-end management of major campaigns to drive acquisition and retention, including planning, creative development and production, implementation and reporting.
Execute our testing framework for digital performance channels, campaign targeting, creatives and landing pages
Ensure the customer experience and journey through our website and digital channels is effortless and devised to increase conversions.
Brief wider marketing team on creative, content and media requirements for your portfolio
Work with the Head of Product Marketing to build best in class execution into every aspect of the family / team journey, to meet long-term and short-term marketing, people and culture objectives
Report on all marketing and business KPI’s through content and communication strategies.
Manage and execute all CRM campaigns and provide reporting on results
Assist with SEO and SEM activity and building a strong customer experience on the website
Use Google Analytics to develop relevant reporting around website traffic, competitor activity and channel attribution
Develop and implement strong measurement tools to determine success and improvements to all marketing campaigns
Management of marketing presentations as required
Set priorities, plan workload, meet deadlines and achieve the objectives for the portfolio
Other duties as directed the Head of Performance Marketing & Head of Product Marketing
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS
3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Tertiary qualifications preferably in Marketing or Digital Marketing highly regarded.
Experience using Google Analytics for reporting and analysis
Data-driven and analytical in mindset.You can look at a spreadsheet or research report and know the right questions to ask to get to actionable outcomes, and you know how to explain data in a compelling way.
High attention to detail.
Experience working in faced-paced and dynamic environment.
Time management - you are proactive, organised, meet deadlines and able to multi-task and balance conflicting priorities. Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different priorities
Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.
Ambitious and fun with an aptitude for learning new things.
