**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Proactive Problem Solving**: Address and resolve issues swiftly, with a focus on creating positive outcomes. Escalate complex cases as necessary to guarantee complete resolution.
- **Inspire with Product Knowledge**: Offer clear, accurate, and engaging information about VERVE’s products and services, empowering customers to make the most of their fitness journey.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with other departments to streamline customer solutions and deliver seamless service experiences.
- **Champion Customer Feedback**: Identify patterns in customer feedback and collaborate with management to drive improvements that enhance our product and service offerings.
- **Raise the Bar**: Set high standards in customer satisfaction and productivity, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Industry Knowledge**: Experience in the fitness industry is a must.
- **Customer-Centric Experience**: Background in customer service, ideally in a high-contact environment such as a call centre or service desk.
- **Communication & Empathy**: Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
- **Agility Under Pressure**: Skilled in multitasking and maintaining composure in a fast-paced setting.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
