**THE ROLE**

Nutrition Warehouse is growing fast, and we are looking for a Retail Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team through our next chapter of growth

Working closely with our 105 stores, this position plays a critical role in the retail marketing team ensuring that the Nutrition Warehouse brand campaigns and general marketing are activated to the highest standard at a retail level.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the operational marketing needs of the Nutrition Warehouse and Private Label brand campaigns at a store level.
- Manage all point of sale requirements for stores including, new store openings, permanent store signage, seasonal and rotational signage. Constantly looking for new and creative ways to cost effectively impact and deliver WOW for our customers.
- Develop with APCs marketing plans and sales building ideas for distressed stores.
- Identify and support stores in the execution of Local Area Marketing and providing reporting and optimisation of LAM marketing activity.
- Act as a ’guardian/champion’ for how the Nutrition Warehouse brand is executed at a store level, building relationships and being a key contact for our stores.
- Support our partner marketing specialist with all supplier marketing campaigns and offers to be executed at a store level
- Support the Retail Marketing Manager on executing retail specific projects that engage customers, deliver WOW and improve their shopping experience Champion the communication flow and foster a team spirit between stores and support office

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an experienced retail professional who has an interest in Retail Marketing and a passion for health and fitness
- 2 Years minimum experience in a retail support role
- Superb organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Passion for bricks and mortar retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High energy with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with the team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communication or similar highly regarded but not essential
