Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional looking for a flexible part-time role? We’re seeking a reliable and experienced **Payroll Administrator** to join our team and support the smooth processing of wages.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting with payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payment to our wage-earning employees. You’ll work closely with our Finance and HR teams from our head office in Helensvale on the beautiful Gold Coast.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Employee timesheet processing
- Award interpretation for EBA wage employees
- Wage and Salary pay run processing
- Maintain payroll records and employee data
- Ensure compliance with relevant awards, legislation, and company policies
- Assist in responding to payroll queries related to wages staff
- New employee paperwork
- Calculate termination payments
- Rate and allowance changes

**About You**:

- Experienced Payroll Administrator/Officer with vast knowledge of preparing and submitting payroll-related reports
- Payroll software proficiency
- Comfortable with maintaining confidential and sensitive employee information to comply with payroll policies and procedures
- High digital literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
