**About the role**
**Duties**
- Coordinate and maintain staff rosters and calendars
- Order and organise office supplies
- Manage the office reception
- Systems administration, user access and permissions
- Oversee regular team meetings and follow up on issues raised
- Light payroll and accounts responsibilities
- Data entry into an in-house information management system
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed to support the company
**Skills & Experience**
- Great people skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Flexible, solution-orientated approach to administration
- Technologically savvy with experience using accounts systems
