**About the Opportunity**:
ETE Talent Consultants are an online agency located in Australia, who are extremely proud of what we do and we'd love you to help shape our future.

Due to our global expansion, we are looking for a true leader to coach and develop our team on how to lead and support from the frontline whilst promoting business strategies and solutions which drive an agile culture to deliver quality solutions.

**About you**:
You have a passion for what you do and build on it with drive and tenacity. You are open-minded and strive to reach your full potential and love connecting with people on an international scale.

As the Agile Coach you will champion and influence a culture of growth mindset, self-leadership and self-development, and will be confident working closely with leaders to promote continuous improvement.

**What you'll need to succeed**:
Along with your established experience as an Agile Coach you will need:

- Minimum of 5 years previous experience in Agile Coaching and coaching people across all layers of the organisation
- Proven coaching skills (e.g. communication, listening, intervention, empathy).
- Assertive, yet empathetic with the confidence to be the voice of authority and not afraid to do what is best for the team or organisation.
- You bring an open mind and are coachable
- You can lead, teach, show, mentor, advise and support people through their own agile journey
- A desire to care, connect with and support others - it’s at the core of who we are

**While no two days are the same, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Build and coach multiple high performing Agile individuals, and teams on Agile mindsets and behaviors in a way that ensures full team engagement
- Empower leadership in building, growing and sustaining a thriving Agile team
- Facilitate Zoom calls and training with teams and individuals on Agile knowledge and ways of working
