We are now seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused individual to join our team as a **Visa Services Coordinator**.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate, up-to-date information and guidance on visa processes, checklists, and timelines.
- Liaise with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain and update client records, case notes, and files in a confidential and organized manner.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and invoicing.
- Monitor changes in visa regulations and update the internal team and clients accordingly.
- Contribute to process improvements and uphold company standards for efficiency and professionalism.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in visa services, administration, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
