**Job Overview**:
As a **Customer Relationship Officer**, you will play a key role in generating leads, maintaining communication with potential clients, and assisting with content initiatives that support business development. You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospects and a crucial part of our growing client success team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **cold calls** to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- **Maintain and update CRM systems** with call notes, follow-ups, and lead statuses.
- **Build and nurture relationships** with leads and prospects through regular communication.

**Follow-Up & Conversion Support**
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to **qualify leads** and assist in closing deals.
- Help schedule discovery calls or meetings between potential clients and the strategy team.

**Content Support & Coordination**
- Provide feedback from prospects to improve marketing content and messaging.
- Work closely with the content team to **ensure consistent messaging** in all client-facing communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in making phone calls and handling rejections professionally.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage follow-ups independently.
- Creative mindset and a basic understanding of marketing or digital services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s/ Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Preferred work experience in relevant field: 1 Year

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
