**The opportunity**:
We’re looking for an experienced leader to drive our content strategy, social media strategy, as well as seasonal & always on brand look & feel. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the transformation of brand, content and social media evolution.

**12 Month Maternity Leave Contract**

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Strategic direction for all owned media including social media, influencer, EDM and liaising with senior management and heads of departments to coordinate all outgoing content for current and upcoming seasons
- Custodian of Shoes & Sox branding and visual identity
- Together with Head of Marketing and senior designers, conception and determining the creative direction of the upcoming season, based on seasonal product and trends (determined by the Merchandise team), drawing inspiration from aspirational international retailers and adapting to the Shoes & Sox branding and identity
- Social Media Management****:

- Together with Head of Marketing, planning upcoming social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
- Overseeing Marketing/Social Media Coordinator and working closely together to plan, create and schedule all assets to be posted across all social media platforms (IG/FB/TT/PIN)

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Content creation & planning
- A solid knowledge and experience of social media channels and trends
- Experience in management across multiple projects and stakeholders
- A strong commercial mindset and an ability to effectively interpret data and employ strategy accordingly
- A graphic design background would be a plus, but not a prerequisite.
