Social Media Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join our Digital team located at the Alexandria studio. The role is responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy across Sarah & Sebastian's social platforms. This role will work closely with the Creative Director, Digital Director and Visual Content Producer to communicate a luxury presentation of the brand with the highest levels of quality and consistency.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Creating and curating the weekly social media plans and day-to-day platform management across all platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest and LinkedIn)
Developing a paid and organic social strategy with associated KPIs across traffic, engagement, follower growth, brand awareness and revenue aligning with short-term and long-term business goals
Communicating the right message in line with the strategy and adapting content to suit different channels
Working cross-functionally across teams - from Brand & PR to Retail and Merchandising - to ensure the right content, brand and product stories align with the wider business focus
Producing copy such as stories and captions aligned to the Sarah & Sebastian tone of voice
Presenting weekly reports on content metrics and providing insights to drive engagement, using data analysis to inform the future strategy
Staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement. Pivoting plans in line with changes and trends in the space
Working collaboratively with the Visual Content Manager to post high-quality best-in-class content that is tailored for each social channel
Ideating and pitching new content formats and styles in order to continually evolve the Sarah & Sebastian brand visually
Overseeing paid social performance across Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest balancing organic and paid strategies
Working closely with the digital agency partners - creating briefs, regularly analysing performance and optimisations, ensuring efficient and effective spending and identifying opportunities to further enhance performance
Community and engagement management of social media channels including responding to comments and DMs in collaboration with the Customer Service team
Building an engaged community on the Sarah & Sebastian TikTok by creating new relationships by engaging with creators in our space and developing an on-brand approach tailored to the channel
Creating localised social strategies for international markets with a particular focus on Little Red Book and WeChat. Partnering with external agencies where relevant
Collaborating with the Brand & PR team to develop a global influencer and creator marketing plan to build brand awareness

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
Minimum 3+ years in Social Media roles
Experience managing social platforms to drive strategy, growth of channels and engagement of followers as well as knowledge of trends and innovations in the space
Proficiency and fluency in Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest’s newest features, as well as formats popular on the platforms
Understanding of all social media ad formats with a deep understanding of what engaging content looks like for different platforms
Experience in content management and working with social media planning tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and asset production including short videos, graphics and other social assets using Canva and/or Adobe
Excellent creative writing skills and attention to detail
Great organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
Experience in fashion or a premium brand with an appreciation for luxury branding principles
Proficiency and fluency in TikTok's newest features, as well as formats popular on the platform
Knowledge of online marketing channels and an understanding of their interplay
