**The Role**

In this exciting role you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients with the aim to retain and expand current business. This is an administration account management position and includes liaising with customers as well as supporting the sales team where required.

**As an Account Executive you will**:

- Contribute to the strategy, planning, account management and sales systems and processes
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Provide input into market research to enhance sales and marketing to increase profitability
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all necessary documentation and reports as appropriate
- Serve as a contact person for customers and internal teams
- Establish excellent relationship with key accounts and customers to keep up with customer needs and assist in substantially growing the business
- Any other administrative support required for the business unit

**You will have**:

- Experience in a similar role (e.g. sales, account management, administration or customer service)
- Exceptional customer relationship skills
- Ideally an understanding of account management
- Solid communication skills
- Have a strong work ethic and can work effectively in a team.
