Are you seeking a Campaign Planner role with a global SaaS firm? Do you enjoy ensuring seamless execution of APAC marketing initiatives? Thomson Reuters are looking for our next Campaign Planner to work as part of our Confirmation team, an Audit software sold to banks.

Based in Singapore and working closely with two colleagues in Sydney and Beijing, you will be a key member of the global marketing team, directly contributing to the development and execution of strategies and programs driving brand awareness and product adoption in AEM.

You will ensure that the marketing team is customer
- and value-focused, brand touchpoints are engaging and consistent, marketing touchpoints are attributable, and best practices between geographies are developed and shared to increase the team’s impact and scalability. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer seeking a wide range of professional experiences and a “full-stack marketing” role.

**About the Role**

In this opportunity as Campaign Planner, Confirmation you will:

- Work with marketing, product, and sales teams on promoting brand and increasing reach
- Help create acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell marketing plans to meet business objectives
- Understand the customer journey to help create and execute tactics that are aligned to each stage of the buyers’ journey, with an eye towards delighting customers and creating seamless, frictionless customer experiences that effectively attract, nurture and qualify new leads for Sales.
- Manage program roadmap and project calendar to increase visibility of the team’s work
- Manage conference schedule; help with marketing plans, show plans, and event logistics
- Help manage project budgets; track program costs and manage invoice/expense process
- Work with marketing and analytics team to measure and report on marketing effectiveness
- Maintain social media channels and grow engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Coordinate vendors and freelancers; take point on key relationships as needed
- Own tasks and deliverables (big and small) needed to develop and implement marketing programs
- Creatively problem solve as needed to ensure smooth and timely program execution
- Maintain company inventory of print, event, and promotion materials in office

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role of Campaign Planner, Confirmation if your background includes:

- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience working in marketing (ideally for B2B or FinTech)
- Positive, can-do attitude, professional demeanor, and an ability to adapt to shifting needs of the business
- Customer-centric, high-achieving self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization
- Ability to work with a globally distributed team
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, social media management, and marketing automation such as Hubspot, Eloqua, etc.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud like InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
- Good understanding of modern demand generation technologies and systems
- Learning mindset with an appetite to expand your knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with scrum methodology a plus
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally as needed
