An exciting opportunity has opened up in Monash Health Community for a Program Manager to lead our NDIS service.

You will be responsible for supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, in line with client's expectations, in an open competitive market environment. You will lead the current services, understanding the disability landscape, seeking to grow and expand the services to meet the population needs. The role will need to work across the care continuum, including within Monash Health's bed-based environment.
