Reporting to our Chief HR Officer, and working closely with our QLD & NT General Manager, their leadership team and the wider national HR team, this is a high-impact role that will see you join our business during a period of transformation and growth.
I-MED Radiology Network is Australia's largest diagnostic imaging network, with circa 4,500 employees, located in more than 240 clinics across metropolitan, regional and rural communities throughout Australia. We offer medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures and each year across the network we perform more than 5 million patient procedures.
You will be responsible for the human resource strategy execution across the business unit that includes talent reviews, performance management and engagement strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor to drive business performance utilising best practice HR strategies, while working to embed and foster our culture of collaboration, innovation and top-quality service and customer focus. We are flexible on location. Our regional office is in Newstead, Brisbane where the QLD leadership team is based, however we are open to someone who can travel to both Brisbane and our clinics regularly.
As a highly skilled HR Business Partner you will provide advice on HR/ER/IR policy, best practice and legislation. You have experience with enterprise agreement bargaining and negotiation and enjoy building strong relationships with people at all levels of the business.
