**Job Summary**:
As a People & Culture Generalist at Workers Lifestyle Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, development, and compliance. This position requires a passion for working with people and a commitment to delivering strategic HR solutions that align with our organisational objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Administer employee rewards and recognition programs and serve as a resource for employee-related inquiries.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
- Manage time and attendance management using Humanforce or similar systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage leave processes and policies, including Annual leave, Parental Leave and other statutory leave entitlements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through training and development programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues and foster a supportive workplace culture.
- Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support Workplace Health and Safety via taking a leading role in the management of the WHS system and processes.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
