We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. Based in Blacktown, this role will provide assistance and guidance on a wide range of HR policies, programs, and practices with a focus on Recruitment & Onboarding.
About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our organization by providing HR support services.
- The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers, the recruitment team, and external agencies to create staffing solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Assist in all areas of HR including learning and development, payroll, remuneration, and WH&S.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboard new staff members.
- Maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including customization, maintenance of systems, and modules.
- Collaborate with management and the People & Culture team to identify system improvements.
- Conduct surveys and collect data, preparing reports on HR trends and making recommendations for action.
- Develop and maintain internal communications plans to motivate and engage staff, working closely with the wider P&C team.
Requirements:
Requirements- Proven experience in a human resources generalist role or similar.
- Degree in a related field (e.g., human resources, industrial relations, business administration).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
