Reporting to the P&C Business Partner, P&C Specialist focuses on providing assistance and guidance, using technical and professional skills and knowledge, on a broad range of Human Resources policies, programs and practices, with a major focus on Recruitment & Onboarding. Works to build partnerships with assigned stakeholders in the provision of effective people management.
**General Responsibilities**
- Business partnering;
- HRIS, data analysis and administrative support;
- Internal communications and social events;
- Student recruitment programs;
- Learning & development;
- Other related duties, as assigned.
**Technical Expertise/ Education Required**
- Qualifications in human resources or OD.
- Emerging skills in training, interviewing and business partnering.
- Good knowledge of P&C policies and practices.
- Demonstrates sensitivity and discretion when handling staff issues and information.
- Developing strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
- Experience using an HRIS.
- Intermediate user of Office365, particularly excel.
Office at Brookvale, Blacktown, Dural.
Flexible working hours for students, including remote work.
Driver's license and own vehicle are essential.
