Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in the automotive service industry? We’re looking for a results-driven **Group Service Manager** to lead and elevate our service departments across the dealership network.

**About the Role**:
As **Group Service Manager**, you will lead efforts to identify and implement improvements across service operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to influence best practices, develop high-performing teams, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Service Managers and Dealer Principals to drive strategic initiatives aimed at boosting profitability and efficiency
- Analyse processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and maintain high service standards and efficiencies.
- Monitor service department KPIs and provide guidance to improve productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
- Deliver training programs to upskill service teams and support departmental success.
- Support financial analysis, budgeting, and achieving performance targets across all service departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Analyse performance data and present findings to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Service Managers, offering insight and support on operational challenges.
- Foster collaboration with senior leadership, internal teams, and manufacturers.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior automotive service role, with a proven ability to lead multiple service departments.
- Solid grasp of service operations, focused on profit maximization and customer engagement.
- High-level business insight, financial acumen, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and execute strategic initiatives.
- Experience with systems such as Pentana is highly regarded.
- Willingness to travel to dealership locations.
