Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in event planning is required for this role.
Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities are essential for success in this position, given the constant interaction with both internal teams and management from luxury boutiques.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences and events for high-end luxury brands.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored event proposals.
- Source and negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers to ensure top-notch services within budgetary constraints.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup and post-event dismantling.
- Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with creative teams to conceptualize event themes, branding, and marketing materials.
- Provide on-site event management and troubleshoot any issues to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to gauge event success and identify areas for improvement.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
