Role Description

We're on the hunt for a standout Event Planner - someone with passion, polish, and the drive to create unforgettable experiences.

Whether it's a show stopping product launch or the wedding of a lifetime, you'll guide our clients through every step of the journey. From first enquiry to final applause, you'll ensure every detail is flawless, and every moment feels effortless.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with our Event Sales team to plan and deliver premium corporate and social events
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Showing clients through the venue/undertaking site inspections
  • Managing event logistics from proposal to execution
  • Hitting sales targets and helping the business grow
  • Representing Zinc at industry events and trade shows
  • Contributing to our marketing and business development efforts
  • Being a key voice in our collaborative, fast-paced team
