Brisbane, Australia Superior Home Health Services Full time

**Superior Home Health Services** are seeking 2 qualified, reliable and passionate NDIS Support Workers to join our team in **North Brisbane** to support **2 clients** (1 x male and 1 x female) in **Chermside and Redcliffe areas. **You will need to be friendly, positive, and determined to make a difference. You'll be self-motivated and love supporting others to live their best lives.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Working within a person-centered, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client;
- Assisting clients with shopping, domestic duties, and meal prep,
- Providing support with social, life admin, and recreational activities;
- Observe, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client; and
- Responding to emergency situations.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Manual handling and hoisting (Male client)
- Experience with mental health and physical disability (Female client)
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Availability should include some nights and weekends.
- NDIS Worker Screening including Blue Card (or equivalent)
- 1 year + experience (preferably community)

PPE and First Aid Kits and uniform provided.

Permanent hours: 20+ per week (negotiable)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
