**About the Role**:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Casual Disability Support Workers to join our team. You will be providing dedicated support to a client with mental health needs associated with drug and alcohol abuse. This role involves assisting the client with daily living activities and accompanying them to meetings in the evenings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centred support to a client with mental health challenges related to drug and alcohol abuse.
- Assist the client with daily living tasks as needed.
- Transport the client to meetings on weekday evenings (6pm-9pm) and potentially on Saturdays.
- Work collaboratively with another support worker to ensure the client's needs are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate shift notes.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges and/or drug and alcohol abuse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Availability to work evenings and potentially Saturdays.
- **Essential: must have current NDIS credentials**

Pay: $31.76 - $41.76 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
