**About the Role**:
The role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating **internal departments**, including **Procurement, Accounting, Quality Control, Warehouse, Administration, Marketing, and Service**, as well as state leaders, to ensure smooth operations and effective execution of strategic objectives. This role focuses on enhancing cross-departmental collaboration, optimizing processes, and driving operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Planning and Execution**: Develop and implement operational strategies, set performance metrics, and monitor progress to ensure goals are met.

**2. Team Management**: Lead, manage, and develop teams by assigning tasks, providing feedback, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts to drive efficiency and alignment.

**3.** **Process Improvement**: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing processes, design and implement improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs and eliminate errors.

**4. Budget Management**: Manage operational budgets, tracking expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

**5. Data-Driven Decision Making**: Gather and analyse operational data to identify trends and provide insights for informed decision-making.

**Skills & Experience**:
1. Over 10 years of experience in operations management or similar managerial roles, with a preference for experience in leading teams within the restaurant industry.

2. Fluency in both English and Mandarin would be a highly preference.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

4. Strong leadership with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.

5. Results-driven, sharp attention to detail, decisive, and highly skilled in problem-solving.

6. Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement new operational processes with efficiency.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
