**About the opportunity**
- Identifying and escalating reported issues to the relevant Team for resolution
- Support with investigation of reported issues and test to ensure implemented fixed has resolved the reported issues.
- Initiate communication and training of identified gaps in clinical practice and documentation
- Generate reports to support Operations to identify gaps in clinical practice and care delivery via clinical and quality data analysis
- Cleanse and validate data in reports prior to submission to government department
- Review data from reports to analyse and identify trends and provide input to be actioned for continuous improvement
- Generate relevant reports to support Operations during audits and during request for information during investigations
- Develop reports and dashboards in conjunction with key stakeholders ,focusing on key indicators such as high impact, high prevalence risks
- Ensure all reports can be interpreted for action by the respective stakeholders
- Escalate identified risk in a timely manner to the Head of Consumer Clinical Quality and Risk

**About You**
- Previous experience in a Systems and Reporting role, ideally with the icare clinical information system
- Knowledge of AutumnCare and/or Alayacare Residential (CareExchange) highly advantageous
- Registered Nurse or Allied Health practitioner with currency of clinical knowledge, practice and registration
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Highly developed critical thinking skills, ability to identify issues and support the decision making process
- Strong analytical skills that allow for the development of data driven reports
- Experience in clinical care processes and workflows
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
