**About the role**

Key Activities:

- Ensure the effective operation of clinical information systems and escalate issues as needed for resolution.
- Identify gaps in clinical documentation and recommend solutions, including training facilitation.
- Contribute, with key stakeholders, the development of key reports to support decision making and drive improved resident outcomes.
- Collaborate with operations teams, IS teams, and software vendors to enhance system efficiency.
- Develop reports and dashboards that highlight key indicators for various stakeholders.
- Cleanse and validate data for submission to government departments.
- Support updates and enhancements to the clinical information system to align with changing legislation and standards.
- Inspire the clinical and care teams to make every day the best it can be.

**About you**
- Proven experience in managing clinical information systems
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working with various stakeholders such as clinical teams and operations management
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in a clinical setting
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
