Technical Trainer and Assessor

**About The Role**:
The **Laverton Steel Mill** facilities are key assets in the Infrabuild business that provide steel products to internal Reinforcing and Wire manufacturing facilities. The **Technical Trainer and Assessor** will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, building and coordinating training plans, developing technical courses, delivering training, assessing competence, and administering courses/assessments.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Conduct regular training needs analysis to determine training needs.
- Identify, plan and schedule training sessions to cover Steel Mill personnel.
- Delivery of workplace training assessing competence and administering courses/assessments
- Ensure InfraBuild compliance training is conducted as per company requirements
You are hands-on and adaptable and ideally have practical experience in a similar on-site role within a heavy industry environment. You have a strong attention to detail, are a natural people person and have an understanding of high-risk licences and safety standards.
- Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessing
- Experienced in developing and facilitating training material in small groups.
- Significant experience in a similar role
- High level of computer literacy including MS Word and Excel
