**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office & kitchen supplies and place orders as necessary
- Answering all inbound phone calls and redirecting accordingly
- Greeting visitors and assisting with general enquiries
- Manage boardroom meetings and calendars
- Maintaining the cleanliness & aesthetic of all offices and common areas
- Handling of all incoming & outgoing deliveries, parcels, mail & couriers
- Book flights and accommodation
- General office administration including assisting various departments when required
- Identify issues in the office and action accordingly
- Manage catering requests
- Ensure that the office is operating smoothly
- Numerous other administrative tasks

**Skills required**:

- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a corporate environment
- Must:

- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Have strong organisational and time management skills, and ability to prioritise
- Be a self-starter and driven
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborate well with the team
- Have strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Be resourceful and have the ability to think on your feet
- Have a positive 'can-do' attitude
