As a Property Risk and Compliance Assessor, you’ll join our Environment team, tackling Australia’s biggest challenges. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safety and compliance across diverse property portfolios, helping shape future-ready infrastructure that supports thriving communities.

**What You’ll Do**

In this pivotal role, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive property risk and compliance assessments, identifying gaps in areas such as fire safety, hazardous materials, environmental management, and contractor management.
- Provide expert advice to clients, helping them optimise property management processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring proactive and informed recommendations to meet evolving compliance standards.
- Lead gap analyses and remediation strategies to address identified risks across various properties.

**About You**

You’ll bring:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-5 years of experience in property risk and compliance assessments, health & safety, or consulting.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and deliver results.
