**Important to your success**:

- Building or related trade qualification (desirable) or previous experience in a property assessing role (desirable)
- Property claims experience (desirable)
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
