**The Role**

As the Senior Manager HR Systems you will be managing and coordinating the HR systems, working collaboratively within the HR team and the university stakeholders to have an understanding for their requirements and implementing any system fixes or improvements that will improve the effectiveness of the university HR systems and processes. A diverse range of key responsibilities that will encompass both operational management and technical aspects of the core HR systems. Leading a team of HR professionals who will oversee the operational effectiveness of the systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Strategic support and advice with HR Services requiring integration a range of systems processes and demands both internally and externally
- Participate in annual planning for the business to support direction of own area
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to data integrity
- Developing an annual plan of system upgrades, support packs, legislative systems, and new core system functionality
- Identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks that may have an impact on the University to enable appropriate and timely action to be administered.

**Skills and Experience**
- Ability to develop and implement policies and practices for continuous improvement and strategic change
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate, influence, motivate and build strong relationships across the university
- Use and understanding of core HR systems | SAP, SuccessFactors, Workforce software, Page up and People Pulse
- Ability to identify improvements, drive initiatives and support the overall operational efficiency
- Identifying new developments in technology that will add benefit to the overall HR Services workload.
