**The Role**

The available Management position is a permanent full time role - hours and days negotiable. The role is based at our Stepney location.

Our Store Manager needs to have a high level of customer service and excellent leadership and administrative skills.

Advice on product choice is a key part of our service, so parents and people with experience with babies and pregnancy are especially encouraged to apply.

**Skills & Requirements**:
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and advice, excellent listening and communication skills

Excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate your team to succeed

Highly organised with good administrative skills, computer literacy and ability to multitask

Ability to problem solve and work to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high levels of customer service

A strong sales background. As a small business you will not just be overseeing staff but rather participating in all levels of customer service

A level of physical fitness, the role requires some heavy lifting and standing on your feet all day

Experience with (and a love for) babies and children’s products
